Under the field “Phone Number”, choose one of two: “Firm” or “Single Enterpreneur”. If you are an employee of a firm (Company), select "Firm". From the list below, select the name of the firm (Company) you represent. If you provide services yourself (individual worker), select "Single Enterpreneur".

Important: to check the correctness of the data entered, and especially important is the correctness and reliability of: email addresses and mobile phone numbers. Registrations: "Company", "Customer", "Contractor" cannot be performed for one pair: email addresses and mobile phone numbers. Each registration must have a unique pair: an email address and a mobile phone number. Otherwise, you will receive a message that the user or company with the data of the email address and mobile phone number is registered.


Account Login:

  1. Using a mobile: enter the number and get the OTP code to enter.
  2. Using your email address and password.

When you entered your account, a message appeared: “Wait for the approval of the Administrator”, therefore, wait for a message about approval to the email address.

Important: within 30 minutes after clicking on “Register”, you must enter the OTP code and confirm your email address. If, for any reason, within the above time interval, the email address is not confirmed and / or the OTP code is not entered, registration will be canceled. But after 40 minutes, a new registration is possible, with the same: mobile number and email address.

Reasons for unsuccessful registration and its cancellation:

Important: if an error occurs, then when you try to log into your account, there will be messages about the inability to log in. But after 40 minutes, a new registration is possible, with the same: mobile number and email address.


More details:

It is important that after you have registered on the BeeProf platform as a Performer, Log in to your profile and complete the mandatory settings necessary for settlements with you for the services performed.  

Be sure to enter the card details to which you will be receive an amounts for your jobs. If your card belongs to the Ukrainian Bank, then the money will go to your card almost instantly:

  1. The amount that will be credited to your card will be less by the amount of interest paid to the BeeProf platform. That is, if the total amount of the invoice issued by you to the customer is Y, the percentage of the platform is Z%(currently 5% of the total), then you will receive the amount X = Y - (Z% of Y) on the card.

You can receive payment in two ways:

  1. To a bank card (Visa, MasterCard)
  2. Cash (if active)

After payment, you will receive a payment receipt in the BeeProf application.

If your card saved in the application does not belong to Ukrainian Banks, then:

  1. You can agree with the customer to pay in cash.
  2. Also, if your card does not belong to Ukrainian Banks, but the customer made a payment to the card, then the money will be transferred to your card in a manual transfer mode, or to the details of the Settlement Account of your bank card or Settlement Account entered by you. The time for transferring the amounts for the services you have performed in this case will take from 1 to 3 business days, and will be less by the amount of the percentage of the payment service through which the funds will be transferred, and the amount of the percentage of the BeeProf platform.

If the Customer pays for your services in cash, be sure to enter the "invoices" menu item, select the invoice for which you were paid in cash and click the "payment received" button. After that, the payment is considered completed, the order is closed and will go into the "previous jobs" category. Otherwise, it will not be closed, which may lead to account blocking. After that, expect the Invoice to your e-mail, which was indicated during registration. The invoice will contain the amount of the percentage of payment for the services of the BeeProf platform. Today, this amount is 5% of the order value.

Menu “My Profile”, button “Add Card Details”:

  1. In the First and Last Name fields, enter your First and Last Name.
  2. In the Add credit card number field, enter your bank card number. Check that the entries are correct and there are no errors.
  3. Click on “Save” to save.

Add the details of the bank account or the bank account of your bank card, it's up to you to decide. But, this will make it possible to transfer the amount for your services, in exceptional situations. If you do not have a Bank Account, you can enter the details of the Bank Account of your bank card. You can view the data of the Bank Account of your bank card in the settings and parameters of your bank card, using the application from your bank, or you can find out these data in your bank.

Menu “My Profile”, button “Add Bank account”:

  1. Fields USREOU, ITN, IBAN , BIC, Bank - these fields are required if you decide to enter the details of the Bank Account of your bank card or the details of the Bank Account. 
  2. Click on “Save” to save.
